When can I move in?
If we have a storage space available that meets your specific needs, we can get you moved in right away! Since our office operates by appointment, just give us a call to schedule your lease signing, and you will be ready to start storing.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We keep things flexible for you, but we do ask for a 5-day notice before you plan to vacate your unit. This helps us prepare the space for the next neighbor!
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
To secure your unit, we require a valid government-issued ID. Common examples include a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we believe in flexibility! We rent on a month-to-month basis, so you are never locked into a long-term contract unless you specifically request one. This is perfect for temporary moves or seasonal storage.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No, you have total independence! At the time of signing, you will be given a personal security pass code. This code allows you to open the automated gate and access your unit 7 days a week during our access hours (5:00 am to 9:00 pm).
What forms of payments do you accept?
We offer convenient payment options to fit your lifestyle, including Online Bill Pay. We accept checks, money orders, VISA, and MasterCard. Please note that cash payments can be made in person by appointment only.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
We are here to help you find the perfect fit! You can use the Storage Calculator feature on our website, or simply call us at 860-461-1749. We are happy to discuss what you are storing and recommend the most efficient size.
Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces?
Because our office operates by Appointment Only, we ask that you please call ahead or email us to schedule a visit. We are very flexible and will work with you to find a convenient time for a complimentary tour of our drive-up accessible units!
Do I need to bring my own lock?
We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at the time of move-in to secure their unit immediately. However, if you don't have one, we have high-quality locks available for purchase when you meet with us.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
For the safety of all our customers and the facility, we cannot store liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, or perishables. If you have any questions regarding a specific item, please contact us and we will be happy to clarify!
